Affiliate internet marketing is a method by which a promoter/affiliate can earn commission by advertising a retailer’s product/service through the internet. The following players are involved: the retailer; the promoter/ affiliate; and the visitor/customer. All transactions take place on-line and allows any product/service to be sold anywhere in the world. An affiliate markets a product/service and receives a commission on any sales he/she generates.
